Register for the course and access it

When you subscribe to the course, we grant you the right to access the training course that was subscribed to through the services of the Archizone online academy platform according to the legitimate methods used by the platform and not any other use. Do not attempt to transfer or resell the courses in any way

We provide training courses in several ways

Live broadcast

When registering for the live broadcasting course, you obtain a license to access the training course through the services of the Archizone online academy platform and the applications that the Archizone online academy platform deals with. It is not permissible in any way to transfer the course or resell it under penalty of legal liability

We provide you with recordings of every training lecture after its completion and grant you access to it for life, through the approved method provided by the platform

Watch the course through the platform

We grant you an access license to the courses on the platform for a period of one year

 We offer a solution to ensure the student’s right to access his training course in the event that there is an impediment to accessing the course through the site due to any symptom, whatever it is, and this is a prerequisite for participation in the training course. If this condition is not accepted, then do not participate in the course. This solution is as follows

 When subscribing to any course that is viewed through the platform, we provide with it an additional free copy of the course, which is downloaded to the student’s computer immediately after completing the purchase process, to ensure that the course remains for life

Purchase a Recorded course

We grant you a license to access and download the Recorded courses by giving you the course-specific download links through the approved method that the platform provides to you

Refund policy or cancellation policy

Before purchasing a training course, you must preview the training content of the course before completing the purchase process. You can find the training content through the description page of the course and make sure that    is compatible with your needs and requirements

Therefore, we will not have a refund policy or cancellation policy after completing the purchase

Pricing

Course prices are set on the archizone online Academy platform based our promotional policy that vary from time to time

Payments

You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment

Content and behavior rules

You may only use the Archizone Online Academy platform for legal purposes. You are responsible for all content you post on our platform in line with guidelines for trust, safety, law, and respect for the intellectual property rights of others. We can ban your account for frequent or major violations. If you think someone is violating your copyright on our platform, let us know

Use of Archizone online academy platform at your own risk

We allow any certified trainer to use the our platform to create and publish courses, and enable teachers and students to interact for teaching and learning. Like other platforms where people can post content and interact, some things can go wrong, and you can use the platform at your own risk

We own the website, apps, services, things like our logos, application programming interface (API), code and content that we have created. You cannot tamper with or use it without permission

Various legal conditions

A binding agreement

عند الاشتراك في الدورة ، نمنحك الحق في الوصول إلى الدورة التدريبية التي تم الاشتراك فيها من خلال خدمات منصة Archizone online academy عبر الإنترنت وفقًا للأساليب المشروعة التي تستخدمها المنصة وليس أي استخدام آخر. لا تحاول نقل أو إعادة بيع الدورات بأي شكل من الأشكال.

تقدم منصة Archizone online academy دورات تدريبية بعدة طرق مختلفة:

• بث مباشر

عند التسجيل في دورة البث المباشر ، تحصل على ترخيص للوصول إلى الدورة التدريبية من خلال خدمات منصة Archizone online academy  عبر الإنترنت والتطبيقات التي تتعامل معها منصة Archizone online academy  عبر الإنترنت. لا يجوز بأي شكل من الأشكال نقل الدورة أو إعادة بيعها تحت طائلة المسؤولية القانونية.

نوفر لك تسجيلات لكل محاضرة تدريبية بعد اكتمالها ونمنحك الوصول إليها مدى الحياة ، من خلال الطريقة المعتمدة التي توفرها المنصة.

• مشاهدة الدورة من خلال المنصة

نمنحك ترخيص وصول إلى الدورات التدريبية على المنصة لمدة عام واحد.

كما نقدم حلاً لضمان حق الطالب في الوصول إلى دورته التدريبية في حال حدوث عائق أمام الوصول إلى الدورة التدريبية من خلال الموقع بسبب أي عرض مهما كان وفي هذه الحالة لا يحق للطالب مطالبة الشركة بأي تعويضات أو تقديم أي شكوى ضدها ، وهذا شرط أساسي للمشاركة في الدورة التدريبية. إذا لم يتم قبول هذا الشرط ، فلا تشارك في الدورة.

تكون طريقة ضمان وصول الطالب لدورته التدريبية لتكون حل في حال حدث أي مشكلة تحول بين الطالب وبين الوصول للدورة من خلال الموقع كما يلي:

عند الاشتراك في أي دورة يتم عرضها من خلال المنصة ، نوفر معها نسخة مجانية إضافية من الدورة ، والتي يتم تحميلها على جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بالطالب فور الانتهاء من عملية الشراء لضمان بقاء الدورة مدى الحياة.

• شراء دورة مسجلة

نمنحك ترخيصًا للوصول إلى الدورات التدريبية المسجلة وتنزيلها من خلال إعطائك روابط التنزيل الخاصة بالدورة التدريبية من خلال الطريقة المعتمدة التي توفرها لك المنصة.

3.سياسة الاسترداد أو سياسة الإلغاء

6.قواعد المحتوى والسلوك
